Made in the USA is our promise to you that all work contracted to and by Supermarket Safari
is done in the United States, and only by persons legally employable in the
United States. We will never knowingly send work offshore, nor to individuals not legally employable
in the United States. We guarantee that the money you invest in your subscription is
reinvested in your community in the form of jobs for our friends and neighbors.
Although this may not be thought of as the most cost-effective way of doing business, it makes
the most sense in terms of developing and preserving our customer and employee bases, both now
and well into the future.
Our Vendors
We require that our vendors adhere to this same policy. Any vendor who willfully breaches
this policy immediately and irretrievably forfeits our business. This is written into each of our contracts.
Our Employees and Contractors
We require that all employees and contractors meet all legal requirements for employment
in the United States. If you are in the United States legally, we warmly welcome you to
do business with us.
H1B Visa Applicants
We sponsor H1B Visa Applicants only when no qualified U.S. Citizens or Residents are
available for employment. We are not sponsoring H1B visa applicants at this time.
Our Clients
While we are certainly not going to tell our customers how to run their businesses or
impose such conditions on our engatgement, we encourage our customers to support
Made in the USA by supporting this policy whenever practical and by favoring vendors
who have a similar policy in effect.
Products and Services we Purchase
Whenever possible, we verify that the products and services that we purchase are
produced in the United States.
Taxes
Although nobody enjoys paying taxes, we recognize that by keeping jobs in
the United States, we are generating tax revenues, which theoretically are
reinvested in our communities. Supermarket Safari enforces accurate reporting
of all tax-related information.
